We are looking at the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for the Sophie Barat School (Kath. Gymnasium) in Hamburg-Rotherbaum. The body shall be permanent and full-time (39 hours). As the largest freelance student in Hamburg with around 800 employees at 16 locations, we create special learning locations for knowledge and skills, for faith and community in the Hanseatic city. Our educational quality is well known throughout the city. We support children and young people on the basis of the Christian human image in their professional and personal development. The Sophie Barat School is a traditional gymnasium centrally located in Hamburg in the Rotherbaum district. We are a four-speed, five- to six-speed school with a wide range of linguistic, musical, social and scientific teaching and a special focus on music and English. Currently visit ca. 930 pupils are the Sophie Barat School, which is accompanied by 80 dedicated colleagues in their school career in an atmosphere characterised by mutual trust and respect.

The general administrative and secretarial tasks (e.g. post office, data management, correspondence, in-, re- and out-training and participation in the registration process) are part of your daily business. They are in writing, telephone and personal contact with students, parents, teachers, authorities, companies. They process student and debriefing and prepare training and work with another colleague in the team. Conducting pupil files and student statistics, creating statistical evaluations, storing and archiving documents is one of your tasks. They are responsible for the smooth running of sessions and events (including school jubilee, abitur party) and support the school management in administrative tasks.

You have completed a commercial vocational training to/from the administrative specialist, a merchant for office management or similar and have first professional experience. They have basic English skills and knowledge of commercial accounting. They are safe in handling MS Office and have the willingness to quickly acquire the programs used in the school office. Communication and team skills, friendly and secure appearance and openness to other people and cultures complete your profile.
