Consumer Law Consultant (f/m/d)

The consumer centre of Hessen e. V. is the most important representation of the interests of the Hessian consumers towards the economy and politics. She informs and advises people all over Hesse. At political level, it advocates consumer concerns and enforces existing consumer rights within the framework of its association's powers of action. For our consultancy office in Fulda we are looking for a:n Consultant (m/d) (part time 75 % – 30 hours per week)

Individual consultation of consumers with a focus on consumer law and a further topic (e.g. energy law, travel law or telecommunications) Legal provision – enforcement of legal claims against providers Implementation of educational activities for different target groups active press and public relations

a completed study, for example, of law, economic law, social law or other appropriate discipline (FH, Bachelor or Master degree) Professional experience in counselling counselling is desirable Experience in education and public relations High communicative skills, easy to convey complex and to the point Interest in solving consumer questions and a sense of consumer-relevant issues Flexibility and joy in constantly new tasks as well as improving the services of the consumer centre
