As SOC analyst L2 (m/w/d), you are responsible for monitoring, analysis and response to security events and incidents. You work closely with the international SOC team to improve our customers' security infrastructure, policies and procedures.

Analysis: Triage, analysis and investigation of safety incidents using established procedures and tools. Documentation: Providing timely and accurate reports on safety incidents, including cause analysis and recommendations for damage limitation. Improvement: support in the development and improvement of safety monitoring and response processes. Teamwork: Cross-functional cooperation with analysts of levels 1 and 3 to escalate and solve complex security incidents to ensure that security measures are implemented effectively.

Completion of a computer science study or comparable technical training and a sound understanding of the principles, concepts and technologies of information security Experience in working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar environment, as well as general understanding and knowledge about SOC processes and tools Good knowledge about SIEM tools (Security Information and Event Management) (e.g. Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle, etc.) and experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and vulnerability scanners (certifications such as SIEM or GIAC are of advantage) Imprinted analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve security incidents German and English very well in word and writing as well as pronounced communication skills
