Maintenance, inspection and repair work on HKLS systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities) Monitoring, operation and optimization of building equipment Analysis and troubleshooting as well as carrying out small repairs on site documentation of the work carried out (e.g. in maintenance logs or digital systems) Support for reconstruction and modernization in the HKLS area Compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and safety guidelines Monitoring, control and acceptance of external follow-up services (workers and maintenance firms) Contact person for the customer for technical questions at the location

Complete vocational training in the field of HKLS, e.g. as plant mechanic SHK, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration, heating builder or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical service or facility management Knowledge of control and control technology is desirable Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills Willingness to participate in readiness (depending on agreement) Secure handling of digital tools (e.g. maintenance apps, tablets)
