This is what your working day looks like:

• Processing of IT requests and problems in preliminary and Second-level support
• Analysis and documentation of error messages in the ticket system
• Support requests via e-mail, remote or telephone
• Implementation of IT onboarding processes and training for new Employees
• Support in inventory and IT purchase
• Work on projects to optimize IT processes

That's what you bring:

• Complete training in IT, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d) fürSystemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), IT-Kaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• First experiences in IT support as well as basic knowledge in hard and Software and Network Technologies (e.g. VPN)
• Safe handling of Windows 10 and MS Office
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Team-oriented and independent working
