You actively support our team personnel/organization development and training in day-to-day business. This includes support for the organisation of training offers and development programmes for different groups of employees. The creation of presentations, certificates and overviews as well as the participation in the planning and implementation of training events are also part of your tasks. In addition, you support the further development and development of concepts in the field of personnel development. Gradually, you will also perform independent tasks and small projects.
