• You have empathy and can further improve the quality of life of the people you entrust and care for every individual case.

• You are attentive, can quickly define, implement and document personal help

• The communication with family members, legal supervisors: inside and within the team is easy for you. They are open, interested and act solution-oriented.

• They are familiar with the requirements of the Federal Dispute Act and can implement them routined.

• They are mobile, flexible and can organize well.

• You have a completed study of social work, as a social pedagogue:in or medical education:in or have a comparable qualification.
