For ''Ground & Naval Solutions' we are looking at the Oberkochen location at the next possible time Requirement Manager (w/m/d) You work in a dedicated team to design, specify and provide first-class products for our customers, the technical solutions for all HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH products based on state-of-the-art technologies.

Cross-project requirement management at the overall system level Creation of Requirement Management plans in close coordination with system engineers Administration / Care and support for the development-relevant DOORS databases incl. User management Implementation of in-house DOORS trainings Creation and maintenance of requirements, use cases and user stories in cooperation with stakeholders and the corresponding development teams Support of system engineers and developers in problems with DOORS or in general context Design of a Structured Requirement Management Process incl. Tooling for generating modules and reusable system components Identification and management of risks and dependencies related to requirements Continuous improvement of requirements management processes and methods Establishing the relationships between architecture and requirements using a model-based approach

Completed studies with the discipline Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Optronics, Electrical Engineering or comparable Very good knowledge of the handling and placing of DOORS databases for complex projects and modularization Kentnisse im Model Based Systems Engineering are advantageous Excellent communication and moderation capabilities Multiannual experience in requirement management of technically complex mechatronic systems with large software components Analytical thinking and a structured working method Good understanding of the functionality of complex mechatronic systems Impressed methodological competence in solution and decision-making Very structured, self-organized and analytical methods as well as pronounced business-oriented thinking and working methods German and English skills
