Your duties

• Support for digitalisation and technical training of employees • Configuration of applications for the digital workplace according to technical and technical specifications • Optimizing existing software solutions with external IT service providers • Selection and introduction of new software as needed • Conception, construction and technical support of the system landscape • Processing of fault messages and support requests • Analysis of faults and cooperation with system suppliers • Creation of technical documentation and auxiliary materials

Your profile

(m/w/d), studies in computer science or comparable qualification • Experience with Windows operating systems (Client & Server) and Microsoft SQL Server • Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Outlook, Excel) • Structured and process-oriented operation • German language skills in word and writing • Team spirit, self-responsibility and safe occurrence • Pleasure of long-term cooperation in a growing team
