Policy Implementation Manager (m/w/d)

You activate new credit insurance contracts in the system and are responsible for the correct implementation. You create and edit policy documents – in German and English. You monitor the start of the contract, keep time limits in mind and support internal communication. You process inquiries about our internal group ticketing system. You work closely with sales, underwriting and other teams – both nationally and internationally.
