These are your tasks with us:

• Programming, setup and operation of different CNC machines
• Manufacturing of serial workpieces according to drawing and work order on CNC machines
• Creation, optimization and management, backup and loading of CNC programs
• Customization of CNC program parameters
• Selection and preparation of measuring instruments
• Implementation and documentation of tool tests according to specifications
• Control of workpieces by drawing with measuring means
• Measuring corrections
• Selection, control and if necessary Exchange of suitable cutting materials
• Deburring, cleaning and preservation of workpieces
• Installation and adjustment of tools and devices according to requirements
• Testing and possibly correction of workpiece zero points
• Production of pending work orders by appointment or operational coordination
• Feedback of operations by scanner
• Easy maintenance work
• Implementation of transport activities
• Installation and operation of an balancing machine
