As a HR consultant with a focus on customer support (m/w/d) in the service delivery sector, you have the opportunity to develop yourself in a variety of ways - you are part of the service team that provides numerous outsourcing services for the (large) customer companies As an operative contact person, you support the customer company and control the occupation and onboarding process of external employees System-assisted for smooth running and ensuring service levels, you work with both Hays-internal systems and customer systems and ensure high data quality You are an interface for customer companies, suppliers (m/w/d), external employees and other Hays-internal departments and are at your disposal for questions and challenges With your ideas, you contribute to questioning and optimising processes
