To further develop our service organization, we are looking for an experienced personality that combines technical expertise with didactic know-how and develops and develops our qualification programs: Conception, development and continuous optimization of technical training and qualification concepts Planning, implementation and follow-up of training in the national and international environment Implementation of practical, safety and product training for energy storage, high-voltage and drive systems Development and implementation of certification and qualification programmes for internal and external target groups Creation of technical training documents, learning paths and training materials Research, definition and mediation of technical training contents Further development of digital learning formats, e-learnings and blended learning concepts Support and further development of training stands, demonstrators and training systems

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline, ideally with further training to the master or technician (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in technical service, training or a comparable technical environment Experience or high affinity for adult education and the development of technical training concepts Ideally knowledge in the areas of high-voltage technology, battery systems, power electronics, electrical machines and switching systems as well as their safety regulations Embossed communication, moderation and presentation skills Structured, independent and customer-oriented mode of operation Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel
