novotegra GmbH is a manufacturer and inventor of the assembly system for photovoltaic systems of the same name and distributes its products to installers throughout Europe.

The assembly systems belonging to the portfolio are compatible with all common roof types and are characterised by high flexibility, reliability and high quality. Installers who build PV systems are supported with personal advice and a comprehensive training offer. novotegra GmbH is 100% a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. AG and has been acting as an independent company since 2021. All products are sold in Europe exclusively through the wholesale trade of BayWa r.e.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Tübingen as a technical: product manager:in (m/w/d) assembly systems novotegra. You act as a contact person: in our European sister companies on technical questions about our in-house assembly system You support customers and colleagues in the design and configuration of our systems You accompany the product development from the outset and evaluate product ideas from a technical perspective The implementation of training, webinars, initial assembly support and technical support at trade fairs are also part of your task

You are a compatriot:in or -meister:in, Solarteur:in, Bautechniker:in / Bauingenieur:in the field of construction or have a comparable training You are characterized by a very good technical understanding and an inclination to technical sales An independent, structured and service-oriented way of working is of course for you Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the field of PV mounting systems The English language is familiar to you in word and writing You can enjoy occasional short stays abroad Team skills, flexibility and sense of humor complete your profile
