Expert SAP Key User (m/w/x)

Are you on it? We are looking for an expert SAP Key User Logistik (m/w/x) in the field of e-commerce, which takes over first-level support for our Düren location and supports the design and implementation of business processes. The position must first be fixed for two years, but offers a long-term perspective.

Your tasks

• As an expert SAP Key User Logistik (m/w/x) you are part of the logistics department and first contact for topics in the SAP system and on process topics
• In operating day-to-day business, you will ensure smooth running and take the First Level support in connection with SAP system adjustments
• You support new projects/process optimizations in the SAP system and accompany the implementation by IT
• Certainly, you make sure that process changes in logistics integrate in SAP processes without errors
• The regular production of statistics and evaluations is also part of a responsibility

Your profile

• Successfully completed training with first experience in the logistics environment
• Secure user knowledge in SAP EWM, S/4HANA, as well as in MS Office
• Process and IT affinity, a good understanding of logistics processes and relationships, as well as a pronounced service orientation
• Ability to communicate perfectly with contact persons of different hierarchical levels
• Readiness to travel in various projects, including internationally
