Working Student Digitization (m/w/d)

More than 1,000 employees work in the Westfalen Weser Group on diverse energy performances. You are not only professionals in their respective areas, but also contribute significantly to developing innovative solutions for a sustainable future through their commitment, creativity and expertise. We modernise the collection and maintenance of technical object master data – for example transformer stations, local network stations and switching systems. The aim is to improve data quality, avoid media breaks and work more efficiently with digital processes, mobile detection methods and QR code support. To support this project, we are looking for you as a dedicated student (m/w/d), to connect technology and digitalization.

Support for building a mobile system for data acquisition & photo documentation Working with the QR code strategy: generation, testing, linking with SAP objects Monitoring of pilots on site (e.g. for labelling and test data collection) Working on the design of digital forms and workflows Processing and maintenance of data in SAP / Excel / SharePoint Documentation of Processes, Feedbacks and Lessons Learned Support for training documents and communication materials

Immatriculated as a student*in the degree programs (economic) informatics, economic engineering, energy engineering, economics, etc. Interest in technical systems, IT systems and digital processes Knowledge of SAP, Excel or databases of advantage Careful, analytical and structured operation – including technical data Ideally experience with form tools (Microsoft Forms, Power Apps etc.)

Attractive remuneration Based on a 38-hour week, you will receive a monthly gross salary of € 2.523.00 – proportionally calculated on your actual amount of hours, corresponding to an hourly wage of € 15.29. High flexibility Depending on your task, you can make your working time flexible and work mobile. We offer you paid vacation days and take care of lecture times as well as exam phases. In the semester holidays there is the possibility to increase the working time. Good accessibility Paderborn and Herford locations can be easily accessed by train, bicycle or car.
