We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in parttime (80%) and indefinitely.

The Department of Outpatient Measures of Youth Assistance in Criminal Procedure offers outpatient social pedagogical offers for young people who have become criminal. A social pedagogue is sought to carry out the guidance.

A job that enthuses you

• They are responsible for the individual case aid for young people who have become criminals and young people aged 14 to 21 years
• Advising and supporting young people over a period of three to twelve months is one of your tasks
• Actively support young people in psychosocial problems and in difficult situations of life with the aim of strengthening self-responsibility and self-employment
• They work closely with the judiciary, social service providers and with different advisory bodies.

Your profile that fits us

• A completed study in the field of social work or social pedagogy with state recognition, education, childhood education with equivalent skills and experience or comparable pedagogical higher education
• Practical experience in the context of youth assistance in criminal proceedings and/or outpatient social pedagogical offers in the context of criminality is desirable
• specialist and methodological competence in individual case aid, therapeutic additional training desirable, preferably in systemic therapy
• High sensitivity and understanding of the client's particular situations of life and emotional stability also in dealing with difficult case constellations
• Openness and appreciation for young people in their different situations of life
• Self-employed working and good team, cooperation and decision-making

We offer you a place of Entgeltgruppe S 12 TVöD SuE (3.967,57 – 5.454.65 €) with a supplement (180 €). All amounts are monthly gross values for full-time employment.
