A recognised professional or academic degree in the professionally appropriate field of activity Completion as a master, technician or specialist with training Detection of additional rehabilitation education with relevant pedagogical and psychological competence fields Experience in the guidance of trainees Recognised disability-specific knowledge through relevant professional experience or comparable training Embossed team skills in interdisciplinary cooperation High sensitivity and independent working in dealing with people with support needs The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
