Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH (RLS) is one of the world's leading providers of armoured chain and wheel vehicles, tower systems and ABC systems. Within Rheinmetall AG, it represents the Tactical Vehicles division and is responsible for sales, development, production and order and service processing. Within the Quality Department, the Non-Conformance Management team is a key position for the sustainable processing of complex technical fault images. In this context, the project manager Non-Conformance Management is responsible for convening and leading a cross-average team of experts on joint and prioritized fault analysis, mapping and processing and implementation of Lessons Learned with a focus on German and European locations of tactical vehicle production as well as field returnors. The activity is characterized by a high variety of projects, exciting technical content and cross-sectional activity across almost all departments and management levels.

Strategic project management with respect to all activities related to understanding and mapping top errors, Ad-hoc Definition and Head of Interdisciplinary Expert Teams Ensuring a basic understanding among the actors involved, as well as a targeted return and sustainable deployment of TOP error images. Moderation, escalation and targeted display of solutions, as well as making necessary decisions in the error setting process. Ensuring the required prioritization and efficiency of all processes and meetings around the delivery of top errors. Complete degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable First professional experience in a comparable position Experience in project management, production, system planning, quality assurance or quality planning Experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams Good knowledge of English in word and writing and a high degree of intercultural competence Safe occurrence as well as a pronounced enforcement / and communication capability High levels of analytical and strategic thinking Standing for occasional missions
