As LEAN Specialist (m/w/d) you support the construction site of the “Bau Allianz Lübeck - Lensahn (BALL)” in the introduction and implementation of LEAN Construction. With your know-how, you contribute significantly to the continuous further development and optimization of the processes directly on site. The LEAN experts of the Directorate are involved in the incorporation and coordination and technical support in close coordination with the construction site team. You have completed your studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (with reference to construction) or technical (construction) training Multiannual professional experience on construction desirable You have proven to have deeper knowledge in the field of LEAN Management and have already been used at construction sites. You possess very good analytical and conceptual skills You have moderation experience You are a dedicated personality with a high level of demand for further development and optimization of processes and solutions and bring innovation joy You are characterized by communication strength and joy in in interdisciplinary teamwork Their operation is structured and solution-oriented with a high degree of independence You are mobile: By the beginning of 2026 you work at the Hamburg location.
