The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutions to the buildings of customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). Preparing new installation of waste and waste disposal facilities, e.g. Welding, soldering, screwing and fastening pipelines and sheet metal components Installing radiators, possibly laying surface or floor heating sanitary facilities, e.g. wash basins, showers dam, isolate or seal components, perform leak tests

Maintenance and repair of supply equipmentReinigeny of plant parts and pipelines replacement of defective and worn components Adjustment of plant parts

Inspection of supply systems and systems control of the measuring instruments, checking and comparing the actual values with the desired values (including by means of building control technology) Function control by testing all operating conditions, performing measurements with the measuring instruments required for this purpose, visual and noise testing Check systems and pipeline systems for tightness

Operation and maintenance of installations of building and operating technology, for whose operation a corresponding certificate of expertise is required Support for other professionals in carrying out tasks

Qualification: Complete vocational training as a plant mechanic/plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and climate engineering or comparable qualification Competences: Insufficient practical experience as plant mechanic/plant mechanic in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology; Building technology desirable Welded product according to DIN 8560 or DIN 8561 or comparable proof desirable Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); Knowledge in SAP or the willingness to acquire them is essential Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased workflow Good communication skills Customer/address-oriented behavior Ability to team-oriented action, critique Good judgment Height-fitness for work at high altitudes Willingness to participate in readiness driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to conduct motor vehicles independently Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training/service travel throughout the federal territory readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG)
