Training in the hotel industry is desirable but not absolutely necessary A friendly and accommodating handling of our guests Basic knowledge of EDV as well as a hotel reservation program such as Protel, Fidelio etc. Experience in free correspondence and dealing with guests on the phone Foreign language skills in particular French are a plus
