Demand Management Specialist Technical Services (m/f/d)

• Management of the interface to sales, service product management and the global service supply organization as part of projects and customer requests

• Processing of customer-specific service requests from sales or branches incl. Creating and Tracking C4C Tickets

• Design, coordination and documentation of technical and process feasibility with the responsible departments

• Project management for the Service Operations subprocess in the Service Product Development Process (PLS) to develop new service products

• Analysis, consolidation and management of the Demand Funnel for Technical Service to the Handover to the Service Supply Organisation

• Conception and implementation of continuous process improvements and internal optimization projects

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or comparable qualification with basic electrical and industrial knowledge

• Knowledge of After Sales Services and/or Technical Service

• Excellent customer and service orientation, as well as quality awareness

• Self-employed, structured mode of operation with high communication strength

• Experience in project management, lean methods or process simulation are advantageous

• Negotiating skills and the ability to work efficiently under project responsibility

• Safe handling of MS Office and analysis tools, as well as advanced knowledge in data analysis desirable

• German and English knowledge and willingness to participate in occasional business trips
