Number: MER00041SE The Compliance Program & Transformation department is responsible for the central control, development and transformation of Group-wide compliance programs based on uniform methods and standards. As a central unit, the team advances the continuous optimization of policy and compliance processes and ensures their effective integration into the business processes. This focuses on a consistently risk-oriented design. In addition, the area specifically promotes the use of digital and AI-based solutions to sustainably increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the compliance programs. These challenges include: You support the conceptual development, bundling and transformation of compliance programs and processes, in particular in terms of their integration in business processes and a risk-oriented design In the development and implementation of target group-oriented information and training formats in the transformation environment You conduct research on relevant compliance rules and current developments, in particular in the fields of data protection, antitrust law and technical compliance You support the design, implementation and follow-up of multi-disciplinary workshops and dialogue formats In the preparation of management presentations as well as in the preparation of well-founded decision bases, You build a sound understanding of the management and transformation of future-oriented compliance programs The activity can begin from June 2026.

You study in the field of Business Administration, Economic Law, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You are sure to go with the most popular MS Office applications, especially with PowerPoint and Excel You work independently, structured and bring a high degree of self-initiative and commitment You convince by analytical thinking and a careful and solution-oriented way of working You are strong in communication, like working in the team and actively bringing you First knowledge in the field of governance, compliance or risk management - or a strong interest in it - are of advantage Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
