In the three-year training period as a car businessman (m/w/d), you are in the middle of the day business of a Mercedes-Benz branch or a car house. Behind the scenes and in direct customer contact, you acquire both detailed expertise about the vehicle business and basic business knowledge. You also use modern communication media and computer applications. You will get to know all commercial processes during the service stay and during the purchase or sale of the vehicle. In case of replacement parts sales, customer service acceptance and support in sales, you are already a competent contact person for our customers during your training. You work with vehicle service products as well as with personal tasks, with controlling instruments as well as with basics for billing.
