Head of Accounting at Technologieführer (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary management of accounting with the areas of creditor and debitor accounting, receivable management, payment transactions, asset accounting and payment accounting. You are responsible for the preparation of the annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB and U.S. GAAP, monitor the company's financial operations and ensure fair and high-quality reporting in the international corporate environment. You work closely with auditors, banks, insurance companies and international contacts within the group of companies. You ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements, internal guidelines and compliance requirements and continuously develop existing control and governance structures. Together with your team, you are also responsible for the commercial support of the company's real estate management.

You have several years of professional and management experience in accounting and understand how to successfully lead employees through presence, clarity and reliability, and to constructively accompany changes. You communicate safely in German and English and move confidently in an international business environment. You bring well-founded knowledge in accounting according to HGB. Experience with US-GAAP is desirable, but more importantly, your willingness to work in group requirements and to fully understand the financial relationships of an international group of companies. You have a proactive and responsible way of working, drive themes forward autonomously and understand themselves as a hands-on executive. If necessary, you will also increase yourself in operational topics such as balance sheet analysis or final work. You have the ability and motivation to continuously develop processes, structures and methods and implement sustainable improvements. You convince by a safe appearance and a structured and solution-oriented manner.
