We have a first-class customer service. Therefore, you ensure availability by telephone and are competent contact persons for our customers. In addition to the processing of damage, you are also responsible for the initiation of the correspondence for the clarification of facts. They ensure that all necessary information is collected to effectively process the damage. In addition, you control the damage to the respective service providers to ensure smooth handling. They develop strategies and measures to minimize the frequency and cost of damage. This will reduce the cost of damage and achieve the best possible result for our company and our customers. The correct and timely settlement of damages, including information research, is also part of their responsibility.
