Support and representation of the restaurant management and its representation in our half-board restaurant 1846 with OZ hotel bar Ensuring warm and professional guest care and complaint management at the guest's table Checking the preparation work (Mise-en-place) in the entire restaurant before the start of the evening service With the help of welcoming and placing guests in the evening Participation in our Spa-Bistro (noon/noon). Serving simple bistro dishes, coffee and tea specialties, ice cream as well as cakes & cakes – in the summer you will also serve our guests who take a seat on the lake terrace Serving the multi-course dinner menu in the half board and drinks Recording of orders and forwarding to the kitchen and to the beverage buffet Cover and serve the tables Advice to guests in the selection of food and beverages (wine affinity desired) Compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations Cooperation with the kitchen team and other service staff Support in preparing the restaurant before/after service Participation and/or guidance of the menu meeting Participation in internal training courses

Complete vocational training in gastronomy or hotel industry Multiannual professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or Gastronomy Excellent host qualities and team spirit Excellent communication skills and high service orientation High self-initiative, organisational strength and a pronounced quality awareness Safe appearance and well-kept appearance Knowledge of popular restaurant software Flexibility and resilience even in stressful situations Very good knowledge of German and English
