You support everyday assistance and primary care activities (body care and hygiene). You provide assistance in various internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, joint shopping, support in everyday and leisure activities and in the individual social space of clients. You create the resource-oriented assistance planning together with clients *inside and organise staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services in the team. You can be reached during the night's standby time in emergency and provide assistance if necessary. You document your performed activities within the scope of this documentation.

Completed training as a nurse in, educator in (m/w/d) or a comparable pedagogical qualification Career experience in integration aid (SGB IX) Assessment and sensitivity as well as clear positioning in the direction of empowerment and inclusion of people with assistance needs Experience in using UK and TEACCH Open and clear communication Structured and independent operation High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design Interest in continuous, professional training and further development Willingness to work in shiftwork, even on weekends
