Team leadership – You are the first contact for your team, answer your questions, motivate and develop them, promote a positive and powerful team culture. Processing incoming customer requests – You are contact for our customers, answer their questions and advise them on our products. Order support from A to Z – From the offer to the final order, you accompany the entire process and ensure a smooth process. Create and review offers – you create individual offers and stay in touch with customers until the order is completed. Recognize customer needs & offer suitable solutions – you understand what our customers need and recommend matching products or individual refinements. Close cooperation with Purchasing & Production – ensure that customer requests are optimally implemented and coordinates internal processes.

A completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification

Experience in team leadership and human development

Multiannual professional experience in sales or customer support, ideally in the B2B sector

Experience to the extent with a customer ticket system (required)

Good MS Office knowledge

Very good German knowledge and good English in word and writing

Communication strength, customer orientation and positive transmission

Structured and independent work

A strong team – Flat hierarchies, open communication & a lot of design space
