As a working student Sustainability & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), you are part of our leading Sustainability & DEI team. With a high degree of self-responsibility and development potential, you will participate in the design, implementation, application and improvement of diverse sustainability topics, and make one of the leading European media houses sustainable future fit! This is what awaits you You support the ProSiebenSat.1 Group and its subsidiaries especially in their corporate citizenship & Public Value initiatives and actions In addition, you help drive forward and implement our various corporate citizenship and public value issues and thus strengthen an important pillar of our sustainability strategy, in which we are committed to socially relevant topics You work with the development of sustainability management and the further development of the sustainability strategy and support the Sustainability & DEI Team In addition, you support content in creating the ProSiebenSat.1 Sustainability Report and project management, as well as internal and external communication on sustainability You're researching, starting topic-specific evaluations and supporting the team in administrative topics

You are studying economics or communication science, environmental or sustainability management, or a comparable field of expertise and want to take our hands for 20 hours/week for a minimum of 6 months Your high affinity for sustainability topics is yours, because terms like CSRD, GHG, DEI or Corporate Citizenship are not foreign words for you - ideally you have already gained first experience in project or sustainability management You are well organized and you like to work conscientiously, accurately and independently, are strong in communication and a dedicated team player You are interested in volunteering and social engagement and want to drive social projects with us as part of our Corporate Citizenship engagement Good Microsoft Office skills complete your profile
