In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Business Process Data Analyst (m/w/d)* for our location in Rendsburg or Quickborn near Hamburg at the next time.

Technical Analysis & Optimization: You analyze, model and optimize our business processes together with the Business Process experts in the departments. Vulnerabilities: You will find process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and identify targeted optimization potentials. Creating data bases: In close cooperation with Data Engineering, you clarify the data needs and make sure that the correct data input is available. Make figures visible: You make process transit times measurable and transparent to make data-based decisions possible. Visualization & Insights: You design dashboards and visualizations for management. Celonis Expertise: You use Celonis to monitor, control and make processes more efficient by automation.

KPI & PQL: You’ll first and use PQL queries for KPIs that make our performance measurable.

Study & Qualification: A degree in Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual experience in modeling and analysis of business processes - ideally with process mining tools such as Celonis. Tech Know-how: Knowledge of PQL and experience in the creation of Celonis Boards. Analytical thinking: You recognize patterns where others only see data and develop concrete optimization strategies. Communication talent: You speak the language of the departments as well as the technical teams. Solution orientation: You don't think in problems, but in solutions - and you're consistently implementing them. Project understanding: First experience in project management or process optimization projects complete your profile.
