As part of our Germany-wide credit management team, you will advise our clients on the development of strategies as well as the design and implementation of a wide range of issues related to credit business. You also support innovative technologies and intelligent methods. You can do a variety of tasks: Transformation of the business and/or operating model, digitization of processes and methods, development and implementation of holistic strategic approaches Designing sustainable approaches and procedures in the context of sustainable finance Analysis, further development and optimization of the organisation of construction and execution, increasing the sustainability and profitability of the credit business as part of a comprehensive risk/return advice approach Advising the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the existing business, organization and system structure Monitoring and auditing

First professional experience in an audit firm, consultancy or financial institution, ideally with practical experience in credit and/or risk management Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English Your mindset Agil: You think that a flexible way of thinking is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
