Freight forwarding clerk as dispatcher / commercial clerk (m/f/d)

You coordinate and dispose of the operational planning of our technicians for different projects using a project management software within a multi-member team, thus creating the basis for efficient and therefore economical use. These include quality checks of the completed installer orders, the data transfer of completed orders to our clients, as well as participation in the work preparation and project implementation. As a basis for the project billing, you can create the dimensions for the implemented orders. To this end, required plausibility checks are implemented in the project management software in advance. You will take over the subsequent billing to our clients, for which you will use your distinct payment feeling. In addition, you participate in the preparatory accounting, take account of the account clarification and, if necessary, initiate the Mahnwesen. You are available as a contact person both internally and externally. A cooperative and team-oriented cooperation is of course for you.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. A safe and profitable occurrence with a pronounced communication skill will distinguish you. A pronounced customer orientation is of course for you. You can demonstrate good knowledge of how to use MS Office. The ability to self-organize and foreseeable planning distinguishes you.
