Your tasks With us you are in the middle of it only – you expect a diverse and responsible task: Self-employed order processing and processing including invoice Creation of offers based on defined conditions in the CRM system Checking and tracking of order dates in coordination with production planning Maintenance and updating of master data in the CRM system Support and management of supplier and invoice portals Creation and preparation of evaluations and lists by default Processing of complaints and returns Telephone information at prices (UVP or individual conditions) and delivery dates Support in the Mahn process settlement of customs import and export operations Monitoring and compliance with current customs policies and regulations

Your profile Completed commercial or technical training Professional experience in sales services Knowledge of the creation of customs documents Embossed communication skills and a high level of service orientation Team spirit, organisational strength and a structured way of working Very good knowledge of German and English (at least level C1); Other foreign languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are advantageous
