You conduct the technical construction of our new company headquarters in the heart of Hamburg until successful commissioning. You make sure that all project objectives are reliably achieved in terms of quality, time and cost. You control the external project team consisting of architects, specialist planners and executive companies and always keep an overview. You coordinate communication between all internal and external project participants – from authorities to service providers to our specialist departments such as finance, legal, IT or hospitality. You represent the interests of the builder with a high level of professionalism with respect to all participants and ensure a transparent project management. After successful completion of the building, you take project-related tasks within the framework of our regular project management.

A completed study in the field of construction, architecture, real estate management, facility management or a comparable discipline. Multiannual experience in managing and controlling demanding construction projects – ideally in office construction. Additional qualifications in the field of project or construction management are a plus. A structured, independent way of working and a high degree of organizational talent. Impressed communication and negotiation strength as well as joy in cooperation with various stakeholders. Sovereign occurrence, enforcement and a sense of conflict resolution in complex construction projects. Very high readiness and flexibility. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
