Head of IT SAP Basis Services (m/f/d)

As Head of Department SAP Basic Services (m/w/d), you conduct the SAP Basic Services department in a professional and disciplined manner. You promote and develop the team through demand-oriented HR instruments (customer discussions, coaching, personnel development measures). You are a team leader in challenges, technical issues and escalations. You are responsible for operating the SAP Basic Services, including ensuring availability, stability and continuous improvement. You take over the reporting of evaluations on quality assurance and strengthen cross-departmental cooperation within corporate IT and with disciplines. As part of the IT Digitalization Strategy, you will design and coordinate strategic IT service processes and infrastructure projects.

Completed studies with IT focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science) or comparable training (e.g. professional informatics:in) or cross-release:in with relevant professional experience Multiannual leadership experience, preferably in the IT & SAP environment Multiannual experience in SAP based operation Self-understanding as a leadership that leads with joy and motivates knowledge of SAP based technologies (e.g. SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Calm etc.) and experience with operating systems such as SUSE Linux or AIX; Experience as SAP Base Administrator or IT Specialist with SAP Focus *(m/w/w) Analytical skills, conflict resolution competence, communication strength as well as a conscientious and service-oriented way of working German language skills (C2) good English skills (from B1)
