Number: MER0003K21 Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) includes sales, after-sales, marketing and product management of Mercedes-Benz Cars and takes care of the development of the global sales organization. Our goal is the successful and future-oriented design of the global sales of Mercedes-Benz Cars, the highest customer satisfaction and the continuous expansion of the success of our brands.

MS/ECD is responsible for exciting topics in customer relationship management, data analytics and reporting as well as parts trading for the European markets. For managing the customer service business, we are currently implementing a Microsoft Power BI based reporting and analysis tool in all European markets. In the roll-out process, diverse tasks and challenges arise as part of ensuring the operational data processes, designing user-adapted reports and dashboards as well as consulting the system users. We are looking for support, i.e. we are looking for you.

These challenges come to you: You analyze and test data as part of connecting new data sources to the reporting system and document the acceptance You monitor the running data processes and ensure the correct execution of these or document deviations You act as a contact person or contact person for the running processes and actively participate in the exchange with data owners and users You document requirements and further developments in the Backlog, tax them accordingly with participating service providers and monitor the implementation You bring new impulses and innovative ideas

You are studying business management, business analytics, business informatics or in a comparable course of study You have interest and first experience in Business Intelligence Ideally, you already have first experience in data analysis with an established visualization tool You already have knowledge of one or more of the following tools - Power Point, Excel, Confluence/Jira Your strengths include a structured way of working, analytical thinking, open-mindedness and independent and targeted work You can communicate safely in German and English Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
