Commercial employee (m/w/d) – focus on office organisation and building management

Coordination and monitoring of external service providers (e.g. maintenance, craftsmen, cleaning)

Cooperation and coordination with the master

Management and issue of keys, access rights and office equipment

Contact person/in for organisational matters of employees on site

Managing general administrative tasks (post editing, filing, document management)

Support for organisational projects and special tasks

Preparation and supervision of meetings

Responsible implementation of delegated tasks on site

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Professional experience in assistance or in a similar organizational role

Organizational and independent working

Reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility

Safe handling of MS Office and modern office communication

Friendly and service-oriented appearance

Ready to work fully on site in ratings (no home office)

Direct fixing of an economically stable company
