To strengthen our team at the Silbitz site, we are looking for a motivated personality at the next possible time Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Operational and strategic responsibility for the monthly and annual production of individual domestic accounts and group consolidation (including their own operational participation) and their continuous optimization Responsibility for the whole area of financial and accounting (concern, principal, creditor and debitor accounting, taxes) and the production of plant accounting Implementation and management of projects to improve the IT landscape in the financial sector, including digitization and automation of processes Compilation of financial reports, analyses and policy templates for management Control of financial reporting and optimization of reporting processes Support for the further development of commercial skills and know-how in individual group companies Leadership of the central accounting team Support for M&A and due diligence processes Cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and banks

successfully completed business studies focusing on accounting and accounting or comparable multiannual professional and ideally first leadership experience in a producing company or group Teamability, flexibility and communication skills entrepreneurial thinking, leadership and enforcement high loadability and proactive, systematic and independent operation improved handling of MS Office and Lucanet
