Employee preparation payroll accounting and reporting (m/f/d)

In a structured, digital work environment, you can ensure the correct collection of all pay-related data and support employees and managers. Wage billing & reporting: testing of digital hourly records and accounting records, as well as matching with the MRP to ensure correct and complete data System work: maintenance and control of wage data in the wage-car system (e.g. cost centers, working hours, abnormalities) and error analysis and elimination Overview & Accounting: Creation of timetables, booking of payments and withdrawals, assistance in travel management and reporting for internal and external bodies (e.g. exams) Support & Training: Instruction of new employees in systems and tools, as well as close coordination with increasing departments

Qualification: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office man (m/w/d), industrial man (m/w/d) or comparable Vocational experience: Ideal experience in pre­pared wage billing, staff management or in a comparable position Digital competence: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and digital accounting systems Structure & Accuracy: Very careful, structured and error-free working method and readiness for recurring administrative tasks Communication & teamwork: team skills, clear communication and willingness to take responsibility
