Technical Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

Structure and systematic preparation of existing training documents and training areas Creation and continuous development of training content for internal and external training offers Planning, organisation and implementation of technical and methodological-didactic training for employees, sales partners and customers in German and English Development, development and provision of structured training packages and modular training offers Standardization, harmonisation and continuous optimization of training processes to increase efficiency and quality Take over responsibility as a process owner for training management including continuous development of the processes Construction, maintenance and continuous development of a central training matrix for the transparent representation of qualification levels and training needs Systematic follow-up of training measures through documentation, evaluation of feedback and analysis of effectiveness for sustainable quality assurance

Complete technical, commercial or media-related vocational training with appropriate specialist training or completed studies in a relevant field Alternatively, a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the training, service or technical environment Additional qualification desirable in the field of training, knowledge transfer, didactics or similar qualifications Experience in designing, organizing or performing training and training Ideally experience in dealing with international audiences Knowledge of digital training formats (e.g. videos, tutorials, e-learning) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and presentation capability Structured, independent and process-oriented operation Safe and professional appearance High service and customer orientation readiness for international missions
