Consultancy, ability, guidance and support in the implementation and continuous optimization of all ZEISS E2E processes with the aim of as broadly as possible group-wide standardization of primarily transactional processes to generate synergies and significantly improve process quality Supporting and empowering transformation teams (e.g. FIT4) in EMEA and empowering teams in China and India to ensure that process implementation and optimization meets the defined global process standards and implements the implementation efficiently and with sustainable measurable successes Providing E2E Process Training - based on the Process Excellence Training Academy - to enable local teams to implement process implementation and optimization ('Train-the-Trainer') consulting and monitoring the continuous analysis of the E2E processes to identify inefficiencies/improving potentials; Identify and propose measures/solutions for further process optimization (in close coordination with the Process Mining Team and the Global Process Owner and Process Family Owner)

Studies Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or a related area (Advanced Master's degree) Multiannual experience in process and project management, either in an advisory function or in line management of a comparable company, ideally in the group environment Deep experience in managing process implementation and optimization projects and in shared service/GBS transformation projects in similar functions of a comparable company Wide knowledge of process management, process modeling and process optimization methods (e.g. Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc., e.g. Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.) Impressed analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions Strong project management know-how with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Flowing in English and German, in writing and language
