As HSE coordinator*in (w/m/d), you are responsible for the standard implementation of HSE requirements from gesetzl. Requirements as well as from the prescribed standards and standards (45001/ 14001). They advise and support the HSE expert and the management team in implementing the HSE requirements, take part in site inspections and at meetings of the HSE Committee and coordinate them if necessary. Your duties include the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal Q-HSE audits, including the monitoring and implementation of corrective and preventive measures, as well as support in the preparation of external HSE audits. They support the implementation and monitoring of local HSE key figures and data, as well as international HSE processes, standards and tools. They are responsible for deriving and monitoring HSE specific measures from improvement projects, process and performance management and other business activities. You will also ensure the implementation of Q-HSE measures within the framework of projects, as well as the preparation of HSE reports.

Successfully completed studies in health, work and environmental protection or a similar field and/or training as a specialist for occupational safety (safety master, safety technician or safety engineer) At least 5 years of professional experience in the fields of work, health and environmental protection, including in the international environment Good ISO 45001/14001 knowledge as well as the laws and regulations on working, health and environmental protection Safe appearance, pronounced communication strength and a team-oriented working Responsibility, enforcement and a high level of motivation German and English knowledge in word and writing (min. level B2) Ready to travel according to the requirements of the company (national and international)
