To strengthen our Digital & Data team in the Market Services, we are now looking for a dedicated CRM manager (m/w/d) focusing on automation and email marketing to design, implement and develop data-driven sales and marketing strategies together. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities: Project management: They are responsible for the operational planning, smooth implementation and continuous development of our CRM and marketing automation system landscape. Working closely with our marketing, sales and IT teams to coordinate and coordinate all relevant activities. System management: You maintain our CRM and marketing automation systems, ensure the optimal use of the business as well as our sales and marketing team and support the internal training of the application of the systems. Email Marketing: You support our sales and marketing team in the planning, technical design and implementation as well as evaluation of email marketing campaigns, newsletters and multi-level marketing automation workflows for our B2B campaigns and B2B events. Marketing automation: They develop efficient CRM and marketing automation processes, implement them operatively and continuously work on their adaptation and optimization. This includes tasks such as lead generation, email automation and social media automation. Database Management: They are responsible for the quality of the customer data and control the construction and ongoing care of our data landscape, continuously ensure consistent and high data quality in the CRM and marketing automation system and ensure targeted and successful market processing. Data management: You are responsible for and coordinating data management and regularly clean the data stock to keep it up-to-date and relevant. They have a strong sense of data and details. Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the professional services environment – e.g. in an agency, consultancy, etc. Multiannual experience in project management with focus on marketing automation / email marketing desirable Very good knowledge of the use and development of CRM and marketing automation systems – e.g. SAP Emarsys, SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce, Hubspot or comparable systems as well as knowledge of the use of external databases – e.g. B.
