Track Builder / Master Track Construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional, timely and secure implementation of our railway infrastructure projects. With your technical know-how, your organizational talent and your commitment, you will lead your team and ensure that everything remains on the right track. Railway infrastructure: management and organization of railway construction sites in the field of track construction, including personnel and equipment deployment planning Coordination: coordination with the building management, the contractors and the subcontractors to ensure a frictionless construction process Team management: support for the management of your column, coordination of external partners, and the identification of a partner Quality assurance: control of the work carried out according to technical, economic and safety requirements (DB guidelines, VOB, DIN) Documentation: Creation of day-to-day reports, completion of the progress of construction and ensuring the inclusion of dates Performance package: Over-tariff triggering, attractive remuneration, 30 days holiday, a personal SPITZKE company vehicle with private use, as well as in-depth training and development opportunities through our own SPITZKE AKADEMIE

Qualification: Completed training in the field of track construction / road mechanics / civil engineering with further training to the master / technician (m/w/d) Experience: Multiannual practice in track construction, ideally in senior position Knowledge: Safe handling of technical regulations (DB guidelines, VOB, DIN standards) Personality: structured and solution-oriented working methods, team spirit, enforcement skills and awareness Flexibility: ready to work for weekends, assembly and shifts on up to 10 days per piece with corresponding free time compensation Mobility: Class B licence required and nationwide readiness to travel (private use service cars)
