As Product Owner Custody Reconciliation & Reporting (m/w/d), you take the technical and strategic responsibility for central backend processes around reconciliation, cash management and reporting. You work at the interface between product, technology and specialist areas and make sure that our platform meets the highest standards of data quality, automation and regulatory compliance. The following is your task: End-to-End Ownership for Custody Reporting Domains: Reconciliation (including corporate actions) Cash & Lombard (in/outflows, credit processes) Portfolio Transfers (In/Out) Performance and Risk Reporting Tax reporting (ex-post) Product control & Roadmap Definition, Priority and Care of Product Backlogs

Data Quality & Processes Ensuring high-precision position and cash balances (~99%) Reduction of Breaks and Optimization of the Resolution Times Build scalable, automated processes along the value chain Stakeholder Management Close cooperation with Engineering, QA and departments Coordination with external partners (e.g. Custodians, data provider) Interface to Compliance, Legal and Risk Execution and Delivery Translation of complex technical requirements into clear user stories Control of implementation in agile setup (Scrum/Kanban) Responsibility for timely and high-quality releases

You have a strong understanding of financial processes and connect it with Product Ownership and technical affinity. And it's yours: Multiannual experience (>5 years) in the field: Custody / Asset Servicing Reconciliation / Reporting / Banking Operations Finded expertise in: Portfolio positions & P&L Cash, Settlement & Corporate Actions Performance and risk indicators Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, BaFin, reporting obligations) Methodological skills: Experience as a product owner or in a comparable role Agile operation (Scrum/Kanban) Ability to prioritize and implement complex topics structured Personally you convince by: High self-responsibility and hand-on mentality Analytical and Process-oriented Thinking Strong communication skills in German and English
