Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in production-related logistics or process coordination First-hand exposure to logistics process optimization, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Familiarity with Lean methods (5S, Kanban, value stream mapping) is an advantage Proactive and well-organized working style, with good problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments Fluency in English
