Process & Project Coordinator (m/f/x) Logistics

Lead logistics process improvement projects (e.g., internal flows transport, inventory management, warehouse layout optimization) Work together with the Logistics Manager with the coordination of daily logistics operations (inbound, internal transport, material staging, shipping) Contribute to cross-functional communication between logistics, production, quality, and procurement Collect and analyse logistics data and KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements Help evaluate and roll out new digital tools for warehouse and logistics management Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to logistics performance and project progress

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in production-related logistics or process coordination First-hand exposure to logistics process optimization, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Familiarity with Lean methods (5S, Kanban, value stream mapping) is an advantage Proactive and well-organized working style, with good problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments Fluency in English
