Endpoint Management Specialist* & IT Support

You are responsible for the endpoint management of our Windows 11 clients via Microsoft Intune and are constantly building Mac management. You pack, test and distribute software packages via Intune and ScappMan and automate deployments for smooth roll-out. You manage mobile devices (iPhones and iPads) via MDM and ensure safe and efficient device management. You will process support requests in the area of hardware, software, network and telephony via our ticket system (1st/2nd level support). You install and maintain IT applications and terminals and secure the perfect IT operation at client level. Together in the team, you manage user accounts, computers and access rights in the Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, set up VPN, mobile and email accesses and enter the software distribution. You take care of the procurement of hardware and licenses and keep our inventory up to date. You develop automation and self-service solutions to reduce standard processes and improve user experience. You help to continuously improve IT support while maintaining the optimization of our client infrastructure and support processes.

You have a degree in IT, a training as a specialist:in or a comparable qualification with a corresponding professional experience. You bring well-founded experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management, App Deployment, Policies) and ideally with Mobile Device Management (iPhones/iPads). You have experience in software packaging and are ready to work in tools like ScappMan. You are safe in handling Windows 11 client environments. Knowledge in Mac management (e.g. jamf) or the willingness to build this are a plus. Ideally, you have already gained experience in Helpdesk support and will be happy to find pragmatic solutions for technical problems. You think proactively and automate recurring tasks to make processes more efficient. Experiences with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID as well as PowerShell scripting are beneficial. You enjoy new challenges and work at the interface between IT and specialist department. Flowing German and good English skills complete your profile.
