Accompanying the educational measure from a socio-pedagogical point of view with the aim of promoting social and personal competence and the health stabilisation of rehabilitation Consultation talks in individual and group settings and support in implementing agreed behaviour strategies Action-oriented teaching with contemporary media especially on topics of social competence development and feedback culture Internship and graduate management (acquises, matching and support) Supporting the professional integration process Contact setup and maintenance to companies and network partners Interdisciplinary coordination and cooperation with internal and external actors History documentation and reporting Organisational and administrative tasks

Graduate (Diplom / Master / Bachelor) in Social Education or a related degree Very good knowledge of current MS applications Professional experience in social work, ideally in the field of education High social competence and communication skills as well as outstanding competence in conflict management Initiative, commitment, flexibility, empathy and team skills Self-structed, structured and responsible working with high self-responsibility
